Without regulation the BNPL industry would not survive. Not because of lack of intrinsic value, but from the fierce opposition by the self interested institutions, that have friends in Government .Being regulated, means that BNPL is here to stay. BNPL has reluctantly been allowed to join the club. Regulation confirms that reality. Zip management welcomes this move and so do I.
