Apache, who is operating the well, may have been targeting oil, but the important point here is that they have found hydrocarbons.
Apache are not short of a few bucks, and are highly committed to this project. It is their exposure to the East African gas rush. And even a sniff of hydrocarbons, and I'd expect them to go to town, sticking enough holes into Mbawa to make it resemble a pincushion. So for them to have 52 metres of gas play is very, very exciting and explains why the stock has had such a good day.
