    It is old news. These "exploding notes" made the newspaper rounds late last month. It's been completely debunked, yet switched on Journos like Michael West keep resurrecting it. Unbelievable. Do they even bother to check their facts anymore? It took me all of 5 minutes today, with nothing more than a good ol internet search engine, to find ABC's position regarding these exploding notes.
