    Doubt Koonenberry will ever have the goods to be viable...or funded in this climate....so BLR looks stuffed to me. This could play out in the courts for a couple years....Have been looking at BLR (made a nice profit with it last time) and EXT last few days...wanting to get a few U shares...This news just made the choice easier...
