bad news mr p selling shares

This is very bad news with Mr P selling down his holding imho.
The landscape has changed imho.
The reasons are known to him. Now that he is not a substantial shareholder he can sell without the market knowing he has sold. If he had sold out entirely then there woud have beeen a possible adverse jolt to the company.The other matter which will have to be addressed in the fullnes of time is a fund raising to progress the development of the company.When and if they use equity to keep the company on a sensible capitalisation basis and at what price would shares be issued and to whom.
