BTW all what happened is that lower house suggested to government to cancel the MOU. It is hard to read all the interests but I guess the major reason for all of this was started by Babis who needed to put attention off his charge of fraud. And then it escalated into panic because for most of the politicians there was no time to get to read facts about EMH and Cínovec project and Czech Republic lost many billions in past arbitrages when somebody signed something similar with fraudulent companies.
