Proactive Investors reports a capital raising as follows:
"Network services provider Service Stream (ASX: SSM) has been granted a trading halt this morning, pending an announcement of a capital raising.
SSM's shares are currently in pre-open.
The company provides services to the telecommunications, energy and water industries, and operates out of more than 40 locations nationwide and maintains a workforce of around 3,000 employees and contractors.
The will remain in place until the opening of trade on Tuesday 28th January 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market."
