Have read the announcement in detail but dont know much about the history of SSM. The projected guidance looks encouraging but what are the chances of executing. They have a hefty debt considering the MC but if the estimated editba comes through and is sustainable they should be in for a substantial rerate and that ratio will change dramatically. Encouraging to see the raising done at a premium. Thorney must think there is a chance otherwise fronting up with more cash would be a total gamble. What has caused the lack of performance post GFC and what has changed the tide now after all these years? Is it change of management, less competition, new contracts or something else. Interested in buying but would appreciate any local knowledge if possible to increase my understanding before I rssearch it further over the long weekend.
