finance on this one is a dog. Yes the co is in the final stages of finance sign off but the deal is crap. dilution to get funding is huge, between the EIG warrants and what they give away to secure the take off and strategic partner means it is a good deal for them not the existing shareholders...
70c - 90c is the best we can hope for.
watch this space, wait for the deal.. there is a reason why we are drifting down and staying down.
