bad news re: vietnam block lost

    As per the ANN: PPP has lost out on its 15%. 10% being given to PetroVietnam now and they are to still see if they have any chance to get a measly 5%...

    Sounds like they should bail on the Vietnam project now, hope they did not outlay too much money.

    I guess they need to concentrate on other opportunities...
