Its hard to see them coming up with the money now given the first default, I too can't see how D&C have a leg to stand on given that they must repay the loans owed by AF.
They could delay things but all they will end up with is a legal bill SRK has the funds to fight them to.
Hoping for a quick resolution tomorrow.
