No bugger is getting their cotton pickin fingers on mine until I am ready to part with them, and today I'm not ready.
Management have a fair bit of skin in this as well,(well not this 105 well, lol lol) so they will be endevouring to get the best outcome (even if it is self motivated)
I will say, if their opening line is "Management are pleased to announce" I'll wanna rip their tongues out.
