    It's Official: China Declares Financial "War" On Bitcoin.






    China's Central Bank declared initial public offerings using cryptocurrencies illegal.

    Crackdown will be retrospective, all monies refunded. Penalties heavy.

    Immediately, the price of Bitcoin crashed 11% plus. The ethereum cryptocurrency was down more than 16%.

    Expect more falls as China dominates the global Bitcoin speculative markets.
