i would agree if the land was in australia,

if we dictate to other counrties we become more like the US if thats possible,

i dont disagree with the merits and importance of the kokoda track, the company doesnt want to dig it up, they want it retained anmd treckers to trek on it,

the issue is not about kokoda, it is about carbon credits from the forrests and in the next few years it willl be clear that the aus governemnt is stealing the PNG carbon credits from under their noses under the guise that it is a world heritage site

think about the people that live their with nothing and we are telling them they can have nothing for the rest of their lives and oh yes, we will walk through your land and pay australian trecking companies the money and you will get nothing
