Baxter sees pandemic flu vaccine business as sustainable for years to come. US has just announced 1.8 billion funds to fight swine flu. Baxter is not willing to take more orders for vaccine than they currently have.
This court case is chicken feed compared to the revenue gains CSL will see from swine over the next 2 years. The market takes a while to catch on but they will don't worry about that!
Buy back suspended due to reporting on 19th August. The forward looking statements will be interesting!
