Barefoot bought at $1.59 (4000 shares), $1.01 (4000 shares), $1.33 (4000 shares) & $1.27(3900 shares). I believe Scott Pape is selling as he is becoming a financial counsellor and owning a debt collection company is somewhat a conflict of interest. Mike Kemp states he is still owning the business.
