Well here I am in the nude, my bad property investment out in the open for all to see. Recently I sold my house in Perth for a good profit and headed towards the seaside of Rockingham for a good piece of property. whilst on my way I saw a fantastic 5 bed 2 bath quality home in Waikiki which I put in an offer for 430k. I got nervous and pulled the offer a day later. Two weeks later I saw a place closer to the beach and put in a 420k offer. I thought the place was quality, but it wasn't, I got it wrong, was in a rush to house my family, place is not real good, will need a lot of work and will never be as good as the quality home I first saw, I think I'll be lucky to get 380k if I put it on the market now. Bummed!
