My take on TOX is that the report has not provided impetus for short term price gains so it gives people with short term considerations a reason/excuse to sell. It is not going anywhere yet so they take money out to chase hot ones and come back to TOX later. Funds/serious long term players should take comfort from confirmation of turnaround/growth and keep accumulating.
