    If NWE's 20% share of the potential resources is as large or larger the what WGO has, why wouldn't other suitors be jumping in to the T\O games?
    Is C.E. a little worried that some other party will have a go at NWE too.? BPT, Mitsui, Gina ???
    So, has he has lobbed a low bid to get the price a little higher to try and ward off more suitors?
