you're forgetting that NWE has significant decision making power in the JV, they can deny work themselves if need be. I know some posters thought that my earlier comments on the matter were silly, but if MIN are already prepared to stall drilling to force sale of NWE, then why can't NWE stall MIN to force a higher price? It seems like everyone wants a conclusion right now, but this has to be played out properly, and be NWE dirty if need be too
