The whole timing is off for me. I mean why now? Just before drilling and MIN is off all time highs.

I know MIN have the 19.9% Blocking stake.

I can't help but think that Gina was buying on market and MIN lobbed a lowball offer to drive the price up.

Correct me if I'm wrong but if Gina buys 10% she can block MIN from taking over.

Either way I'm sure Iain would of been calling substantial NWE holder yesterday for their opinions. One of those calls would of been to Gina's Hancock Energy PB.
