I dont know...but i think this new case against barnes and roberts is supposed to run for 4 weeks...so end on or about end of november..if judge made a decision within a few weeks of the trials end, then maybe mmx could use that info in their closing statements in febuary, as it would then be public knowledge.....certainly interesting........could add a lot of weight to mmx arguement of having no knowledge of all the goings on with a few hundred thou of chm's money.....
