@DBT9 Luck of the Draw! I totally agree with you - yet this 'vibration stuff' has made its rounds ever since the day of the gurus coming from India teaching enlightenment to Western stars of all descriptions, even ordinary people . . . . it was a fad, yet Yoga has remained with us, an understanding of India, and other exotic places has made wider circles - and we have more vegetarians in the West - (I am not) so it was all for the good.
I have a friend who goes to an advanced Yoga class and that teacher is talking about 'vibrations' - he is totally confused, but thinks the exercises are doing him good - then I told him about the snake coiled at the bottom of his spine, which the exercises and the right breathing are meant to uncoil. Well, being an Irishman, he immediately had a joke on hand . . .
