there is nothing original above. all religions basically teach no sex outside of marriage and all religions encourage abstaining from alcohol, drugs. while Christianity is not strict, the New Testament is clear about not drinking to the point of intoxication
personally, i started abstaining from the above without the influence of any religion
the above things are so basic that do not even warrant discussion
