Huqúqu'lláh, which translates to "Right of God," is a voluntary wealth tax paid by Baháʼís to support the religion. It is a fixed percentage (19%) of discretionary income, above what is needed for living expenses, that is given to the Head of the Faith, currently the Universal House of Justice. This contribution is seen as a spiritual obligation and a means to purify one's possessions and attract blessings

And who does it go to ?
The UHJ - Universal House of Justice
