Can someone tell the imbeciles in the Victorian justice system who granted bail to the grub who killed 6 innocent shoppers in the Bourke St mall in 2017 and to the maggot Pusey who killed four innocent people on Friday that bail should be the exception and not the rule. It's time the system named these dills who grant bail to these pieces of excrement and made them accountable for their atrocious judgement, before more innocent people die as a result of their ineptitude.
