Yes I posted about fisher yesterday - I was alluding to a new substantial holder. Volume is such that a company like AEP (a cash box with up to 200m to invest and a penchant for debt collectors) could easily swoop on a tasty parcel and then approach management with an offer to take out the rest. Pure speculation of course but not beyond the realms of possibility.
