    Looks like EVR have sold roughly 10m BMM shares over the past month or so. Leaves a balance of around 2m shares - no longer substantial holders.

    I guess they need the cash and don't see significant upside in BMM in the near term. Sold all that for ~$500k.

    Will be pissed if BMM happens to hit something special.
