    I wonder if he is being paid with the 5% option on another company's 5% option on an oil field in the Philippines which BPO represented as a 5% direct interest with BPO and got fined $30K by the regulator?

    BPO offered me this option in exchange for 2kg of squirrel food. I kept the squirrel food.
