Is it just me or are others finding it difficult to reconcile the fact that according to its buyback agent, UML shares are on offer at a 50% discount, the company has proven up the mid term 'cash cow' status of Henty, yet the buyback is not being pursued?
According to other valuations the company is selling at @30% of its fair value, yet the buyback is not being pursued?
The company has close to $50m in the bank yet the buyback is not being pursued?
The company opted not to give shareholders a dividend, declaring the buyback is better value for shareholders yet the buyback is not being pursued?
The company has been subjected to short-selling the has effectively capped the share price, yet the buyback is not being pursued?
The company is positioning itself for a likely merger whilst the share price is currently languishing at at what 'everyone' agrees is a severely discounted level, yet....yet......yet, the buyback is not being pursued?
Come on guys, can't we stop this nonsense?
