Try to reduce the condescending overtone a bit will you. Just because you flicked to the thesaurus and found some new words doesnt make you superior. Back to the stock, you have made it clear that management stinks, why would you buy in if this were the case? In the spec end mgmt are pivotal imo, perhaps they have not met your standards from your DD? Do you contact them very often or just show disgust on HC?
