To copy from a PDF, try the following:
1) Open pdf
2) Go to Edit menu and hit Select All (should highlight everything in the pdf)
3) Go to Edit menu and hit Copy
4) Then paste it anywhere, on HC, or into a Word doc. If it's only a small paragraph in a large pdf, paste it into a Word doc, then re slecet just the section you want to past on here, and copy and paste it from word.
