U.S. congress for decades has blocked buying of U.S. infrastructure by Chinese entities. Pay back time!!! and I think from the day Geo. W. was elected they have been waiting. He has proven to be one of the dumbest world leaders in history. Maybe not as stupid as Nero..but close to it. A little different..driving the Hummer around the "Ranch" while the empire burned.
