I am doing some research on the $700 billion bailout plan.
Can somebody please provide me with some reasons why they believe such a plan won't fix the current problems and ultimately the worldwide turmoil.
I am presenting an argument for the negative side of the plan, so any discrediting information will be thoroughly appreciated!
