I re-read the anns on the revised settlement of Baita mine dated 11 July 2011 and the alternate funding being considered.

I reckon that since this ann is after they realised what AGSC had done, I have no doubt that A.Hamilton would make sure that this settlement would go through. Otherwise, I am not sure how he could handle another embarassment.

Assumimg the EDM will have the mine which valued at 16.5 million euro previously in its current form, the MC of EDM should add at least the equivilant of that, which would make EDM back to 1.2c before the mine restart.

With the tailing valuation, BF and PNG gold drilling restarting, the effect of making the Baita mine settlement cannot be underestimated.

Let's hope A.Hamilton is putting his eyes on the ball this time and not be distracted by AGSC fiasco. He has bigger fish to fry so to speak.
