drbrooks, my occy while slightly on the too tender side still had a bit of chew. They were small occy but not cooked to the point skin and sucker fell off, was all intact.
I think my sauce adds a different dimension, the occy goes down well but after it's all been eaten the sause gets mopped up with some crusty bread
