NEU obviously cares about the sp because of the Landstead deal.

However I doubt if Acadia cares one way or another. They've committed to funding the trial, that's what they need to do. Acadia have what they want. In the highly unlikely case Lang bails and the company tanks, for sure they might pick up the assets. But NEU hypothetically bouncing along at 6c for the next few years is of no consequence for them.

That's not to say NEU won't rerate or go up, it's just that Acadia has zero interest in making it happen through direct action.
