Just shy of a month ago on the 29/08 it was announced NEU and Lanstead had agreed to pause settlements for 120 days (approx 90 left now) with the reasoning that the SP "does not fairly represent the underlying value of the business"- it was trading at $1.135. The announcement further detailed that in the "coming weeks" NEU would be presenting to sophisticated international life science investment funds.
Those may remember that the share consolidation was specifically done as per the Chairman's address "to remove an impediment to investment for some US institutions". The time has no come to see where we stand with US investment funds.
