It's good that deep-pocketed Baker Bros like Acadia....
But how much do the Baker Bros like idea of Rest of World ownership of Trof?
And do they like it enough to do a fair deal with good upfront payment?
It is looking promising, with Acadia raising a lot more than they first indicated they wanted.
Acadia couldn’t offer a deal until they first raised money...they now have the money, so now they are free to offer a deal.
I am a bit surprised the market can’t see this.
