No, not until Baker Steel finish accumulating. I can see they have the power to get the sp down to 10 cents while they are accumulating. Just look at the trading history of the last two months, it's been Baker who did all these sp suppression. Having said that, this is a good sign to BUY, BUY and BUY though. The whole thing is just a fear campaign.
