you are correct, these accumulators play some nice games allowing them to supress the SP and get in cheaply. The one thing i like though is that there can't be too many real sellers either, another good sign.

i will go over the warrants/GUP notes again and post for you. Its a complex issue, i still haven't got my own head around it 100% however from memory i think you will find that the GUP notes are detachable from the wartrants. The warrants are the liability you reffered to in your post yesterday. The GUP notes are a participation in the Gold price above a certain figure giving the GUP holders 30% of the cream in that effect. I will dig it all up again so i can try and post exact figures and timeframes.
As far as debt goes have a look through the SCE broker report on the apex website, it addresses debt and with their modelling it was paid off in two years i believe, the modelling they used was pretty close to where AXM is actually at cost wise.
