This is incorrect as the bulk of their holding is in performance shares. Sure once the performance targets have been reached then significant gains may be made.
Sooner they hit their targets the sooner they receive their performance shares are part of sale.
Surely it is better than just awarding shares up front with no milestone targets attached?
