Isn't there a ASX ruling that sophisticated shareholders who own 5% or more of a company must declare all purchases/sales?
The last notice from Baker Steel was in 13/01/2011 where they held 5.4% of IGR. Since then they as a fund have been buying and selling regularly to bring them up to 6.1%.
Who else hasn't declared their sales/purchases?
