I'll suggest your comment about putting the "brakes on for last few months" is incorrect guesswork because you have not bothered to properly read the ASX notice.

If you had, you would have noticed that while Baker Steel's total holding in IGR increased by 10,487,000 shares from 21st. February to 8th. September this year, there was only one sale - on 20th. June - of 250,000 shares.
