American Oil & Gas(AEZ) sells all it's wyoming producing and non producing wells and undeveloped acreage for $44m to accelerate their bakken and three forks potential in their goliath project area.

The goliath project area is just above ssn to the north east.
They have one long lateral to be fracced early march and another that is drilling in the horizontal atm.
They actually don't have one producing well in the north dakota atm.That's confidence in their field.
Pity ssn can't get their hands on a few more acres.


They do have a lot of acres of the Niobrara though.
EOG just had a well produce 1700bopd 2 townships away using the same fraccing technique as the bakken.
Samson is currently marketing a portion of it's interest in this project to help pay for the drilling of 2 wells to test this prospect.
Maybe another tick in the box this year.
