On today's Bakken well list the following EOG JV wells with SEA were recorded on the Phoenix property opposite the sold South Antelope land:

#20578 - EOG RESOURCES, INC., BEAR DEN 18-21H, NWNE 21-150N-94W, MCKENZIE CO., 1667 bopd, 519 bwpd - BAKKEN (SEA WI% 6.88%)
#21688 - EOG RESOURCES, INC., BEAR DEN 103-21H, NWNE 21-150N-94W, MCKENZIE CO., 957 bopd, 343 bwpd - BAKKEN (SEA WI% 5.63%)

Would say this land with have to be worth some decent coin.
