Well me old mate, I suggested in a previous post that PBD should 'get out' of Gidgegannup and even, maybe, Esperance and concentrate on the area that they knew - Point Grey. Well, they 'got out of' Gidgegannup at a ridiculous cost in fees (break fees), giving back rural residential land that they had PAID FOR and all their research documentation. Coleman 'had them over a barrel' and didn't he know it. Talk about Pros and amateurs!!! We know who the Pro is!
Anyway PBD are now almost away from all that, only a few more payments to be made to Coleman!
Esperance, who knows?
Apropos of nothing, did you take up your entitlement to the new shares at .13? If not, why not?
Well mate, now Gidgegannup is out of the way and there has been this massive injection of cash I can only wish you 'The best of British' with your investment. Oops, should that be 'Best of Ozzie' with your investment
