Other factors to PBD:
Oceanique apartments are complete but yet we still only have 40 of 66 sold and as you said, people are defaulting, the debt of $75m needs to be re-paid by December and thats a huge worry.

PBD have still got numerous environmental approvals to be signed off on Point Grey and this could take ages. There are also thousands of blocks for sale in Mandurah.

Dont believe the WA property story especially Mandurah, it was great 5 years ago but not now.

IMO, this stock will be under 9c before its 15c.

But like I said, St. George run this show and they want their money, they dont care about shareholders.
