I can understand the lure of PBD, big chunk of land in a growing area and all it needs is development. But there are numerous issues that face this little minnow, but do you think by ringing management they are going to tell you something negative?

As for the environmental approvals, you only need one group of people to object in one part of the numerous processes and Point Grey will stall and this would put extreme pressure on the whole company.

As for Oceanique why would management delay the release of 20 apartments when they have a $75m debt looming in 4 months and why would they have done this to the existing shareholders prior to the suspension?

As for the share price going to 9 cents, my guess is this one trick pony will be heading straight there, I hope I'm wrong, I know people still holding this stock from its glory years.
