VPC/Bakkt have advised in the next few days they will lodge updated financials, see here:

The announcement says the 28/06/2021 is the Extraordinary General Meeting to approve the business combination, but I suspect this will be the 28/07/2021 when shareholders will vote. This will lead to the completion of merger and listing on the NYSE, triggering financial rewards for VPC. Look for an August listing.
